My biggest things in life that i am grateful for!
I thought I knew what it meant to have gratitude. I was always grateful for all my blessings in life. But I realized that sometimes that isn’t enough. I need to be grateful for more than the material things I have. I need to be grateful for the simple things that we take for granted. Like nose hairs. Sounds silly but try living without them.
Gratitude … Do you know what it means?
Gratitude is defined as the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
I now incorporate that into my everyday. All my thoughts involve what I am grateful for. Even if it might seem small to someone else . Everything is worth gratitude. I use gratitude in my daily visualizations. I see my gratitude in the gifts I receive from the universe. I am sure to return kindness. When I do that i hope it is passed along . The gift of giving is a kind of gratitude as well. You are so grateful for what you have you want to share that with others. I am so grateful for my happiness , I love sharing that with everybody.
My happiness that I love to share !
If it was for the commitment I have to work the Beyond Freedom Program , I am not sure how vertigo would effect my life. I am grateful in so many ways to have the beyond freedom program in my life. When i woke up Friday morning and I realized that i might have vertigo I had to make a decision. I had to decide weather or not I was gonna let this little life interruptions rule me . Or was i gonna rule it.
Are you ready for tha chance of a life time ...
I have complete GRATITUDE that through the techniques that I have learned I will remain in control. By Saturday I was understanding that this may last a little bit. Am I gonna sit home and feel bad for myself. NO. Not me. I spent the day Saturday figuring out how to function with vertigo. As the days go by I have come to realize that some days are better than others. No matter what I still smile. The reality of it is I am still a healthy and happy person.
All it takes in life to be happy is to make a choice and live it !
I made my choice …. I love life and enjoy living it !

I try to keep in mind that there is Always Room to Grow. Everyday I learn something new about myself. I have learned that I am even stronger than I thought. Everyday I am grateful for my growth. I except the change and look forward to more.
That is very important for us to acknowledge the growth that we have. Except the change and open yourself up for more. It is amazing the feeling of growth. You are never to old to change your ways. Using the excuse that i am set in my ways is a poor excuse. That is a big cop out. That is the lazy mans excuse not to change.
Lee Brower gave use an example of having pringles. Pringles are like little goals you set for yourself. Little so you aren’t setting yourself up for failure. When you are successful with a pringle, Celebrate. No pringle is to small to celebrate.
When I became a associate of Liberty League my husband and I celebrated. When I received my Beyond Freedom program in the mail, My husband and I celebrated. When I posted my first blog post, you know it another celebration. Who doesn’t love to celebrate.
What may seem so small to others may be a big deal to you. Don’t worry so much about what others think of your progress. The only person that matters is you. You need to be able to look yourself in the mirror and be happy with what you see. I look in the mirror everyday and I am proud of what I see!
What do you see?
Welcome Home Mommy!
Well I am Back From Hawaii. It is Day 30 Of my Beyond Freedom program . Wow I have learned so much these past few days I am not really sure where to start.
One most important things I have learned is to share my story. Not just to share but make sure I show Emotion. Sam Crowley Started the site Everyday is Saturday. He was one of the speakers in Hawaii. He showed emotion. He shared his story. That’s all he did and it changed lives. He gave to people some core principles into how to go about that. He opened the window of opportunity for others to spontaneously share and show emotion to us. The tears flowed. Not just from those that shared . From all those that listened. Listening is just as important as sharing.
Listening to Sam Crowley I realized that I am doing it right. I share everyday with people. More than that I am truthful about the struggles that got me to where I am today . How grateful I am to have had those struggles in my life. I haven’t spoke to my father in almost a year . I am sending him out a letter today to thank him for all the life experiences that we endured together. It created this amazing human being that I am today. I am not sharing this with him in hopes to gain anything back . I just want to give gratitude for what i already received.
Gratitude is another topic I will touch on in the next few weeks. I hope I am sharing enough , with enough emotion that I help others grow and see the potential they may have. How important it is to share themselves with others.
Thank you Liberty League !

Day Ten of My Personal Growth
I did not believe that I would feel any different than I did ten days ago. Well I do. I feel charged and energized.
I am committed to a life of freedom. Freedom from my own fears and my own mind. This one of the most exciting times in my life. I am so grateful I get to share it with the world. If what I write about can at least make people look at themselves, I am grateful.
Part of the The Beyond Freedom program is to show gratitude to others. So I am making it a point to tell people how grateful I am to have been touched by them . How much I appreciate the things they do and who they are. I have seen many smiles this week. It made me smile inside and out. What can be better than making others feel good ? For me I cannot think of a thing.
Another exercise I do everyday is make a promise to myself.
Today’s promise was to have patience for those who don’t understand how good life is.
I try to keep that promise for myself. If I fail, I have failed myself. Then I look to the next day to try harder. Everyday is a new. So everyday you get a new opportunity to fix where you may have failed yourself the day before.
Are you ready to fix your life with the missing piece?
