Many people want to make changes in there life . A lot don’t know how to go about it. Well , First you have to understand that the way you think is a habit. You are taught everything you know. Taught. That means out of repetition you create a habit of thinking. As a result of your thinking your behavior reflects your habits. Habits we are told that you can break them .

- When I look in the mirror do I really know the person in the reflection?
- Do you like who you are?
- Are you financially happy?
- Are working a job that you are happy at?
- Do you keep good relationships?
These are just a few questions that you need to run past yourself. After asking yourself these questions think of your answers. Are they helping you work towards the goals in your life? If the answer is NO. That is OK. At anytime you can make the decision that you are going to change. Then at any moment you can take action to make those changes.
Remember , People close to you aren’t always excepting of change. You are making them step out of their comfort zone. They have to change they way HABITUALLY treat you. Don’t let that discourage you . It is your life. If you aren’t happy with it CHANGE IT! Don’t stay unhappy to make others feel comfortable.
